Return & Refund Policy

We work hard to craft bespoke décor experiences tailored to every celebration. Because most installations are customised and delivered on-site, traditional retail return rules rarely apply. This policy clarifies how cancellations, refunds, and rental returns are handled so expectations are clear from the outset.

Eligibility

Our services combine creative design, fabrication, rentals, and labour. As such, eligibility for refunds or returns depends on the progress of your project, the nature of the items involved, and any third-party costs already incurred on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds

• More than 30 days before the event: Deposits may be refunded minus any non-recoverable supplier fees or custom materials already purchased.
• 15–30 days before the event: We retain up to 50% of the project fee to cover allocated design time, materials, and scheduling commitments.
• Less than 14 days before the event: The full project fee becomes payable due to staffing, logistics, and perishable décor already in production.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Handcrafted props, signage, floral pieces, or branded materials produced specifically for your event cannot be resold. These items are non-refundable once production begins, even if the event is cancelled.

Rental Decor & Equipment

Rental inventory (arches, backdrops, lighting rigs, etc.) must be returned in the same condition as delivered. Damages, stains, or missing pieces will be invoiced at the replacement value plus labour required for repairs.

Delivery Issues & Damages

We inspect every décor element before dispatch. If anything arrives damaged or incomplete, notify us within 12 hours of installation so we can resolve the issue promptly. Depending on availability, we may repair, replace, or credit the affected portion of the order.

Changes to Event Date

We will attempt to accommodate date changes subject to calendar availability. Rescheduling fees may apply to cover labour, transportation, or storage costs for prepared décor.

How to Request a Refund or Change

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under Irish consumer law. If you believe an issue has not been resolved satisfactorily, you may seek independent advice or contact the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC).

We may revise this Return & Refund Policy to reflect changes in our services or legal obligations. The updated version will always be published on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
